BOOM! delivers fierce tension and light-hearted humor in quick succession, extending the experience from the studio contestants to the at-home audience. Viewers can play along via a fun, cool app, neutralizing their own bombs in the certain knowledge that one mistake and it’s BOOM! for them!
The original Israeli version was devised by Ido Rosenblum and went on to become the country’s highest-rated and most-viewed game show launch EVER, reaching an average share of 38%, including a share among the younger 18-24 demographic that was 27.5% higher than average. BOOM! ignited the industry launching successfully in numerous territories including Spain, the US, France, Cambodia, and Argentina.
