False Flag became the first foreign language series to be picked up by Fox in a global deal, when the first series was bought for their network of international channels in 127 countries and territories. In addition, Hulu acquired exclusive streaming rights to both series for North America.
The format has been adapted in Russia (NTV), and by Keshet UK for Apple TV+ as Suspicion, with an all-star cast featuring Uma Thurman and Kunal Nayyar.
